- Microplane or regular grater
Ingredients

| 8 tbsp | Butter |
| 2 cloves | Garlic (minced) |
| 1/2 cup | Pecorino cheese (grated) |
| 2 loafs | French baguette |
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Grate cheese and mince garlic
- Either use room temperature butter or warm in the microwave until soft but not melted.
- Combine and mix garlic, cheese and butter.
- Split open baguette.
- Spread garlic cheese butter onto baguettes.
- Place on a baking sheet and place under the broiler.
- Keep an eye on the bread so that bread cooks evenly.
- Take out when the bread is nice and toasted.
